These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Skriptside's website, platform, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Skriptside provides a SaaS platform for web, system, and application development along with professional development services. This includes access to tools, infrastructure, and custom development work carried out by our team on your behalf.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5. Intellectual Property

Skriptside retains all rights to the platform, codebase, and proprietary technology. Any custom work or deliverables created specifically for you under a paid service agreement become your property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You retain full ownership of any content or data you upload to the platform.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time via your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skriptside shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Skriptside is registered.
