This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using Skriptside's platform and services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

1. Permitted Use

You may use Skriptside's services to:

• Build, test, and deploy web, system, and application projects
• Collaborate with your team on development work
• Access tools and infrastructure provided as part of your subscription
• Commission custom development work through our services offering

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use our services to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Conduct unauthorised penetration testing or vulnerability scanning of third-party systems
• Send unsolicited communications, spam, or phishing content
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from third-party websites without permission
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Skriptside systems or other accounts
• Use the platform to store or transmit unlawful, abusive, or obscene content
• Engage in any activity that places excessive or unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to Skriptside services without written permission

3. Content Standards

Any content you upload, create, or transmit through our platform must not contain material that is defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, threatening, or sexually explicit. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards without prior notice.

4. Resource Usage

Your use of platform resources must remain within the limits of your subscription plan. Excessive resource consumption that degrades the experience for other users may be throttled or result in account suspension pending a plan upgrade.

5. Enforcement

Skriptside reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of this AUP. We may take any action we deem appropriate, including warning, suspending, or permanently terminating accounts. We may also report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy on our platform, please report it to us promptly. We take all reports seriously and will investigate accordingly.
