We want you to be completely satisfied with Skriptside. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for our SaaS subscriptions and professional development services.

1. SaaS Subscriptions

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

• Refunds apply only to the first billing cycle of a new subscription
• Renewals, upgrades, and plan changes are not eligible for refunds
• Annual plans cancelled after 7 days are not eligible for pro-rata refunds
• Accounts terminated for violating our AUP are not eligible for refunds

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks result in account suspension and may affect your ability to use Skriptside in the future. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and quickly.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us with the following:

• Your account email address
• The date and amount of the charge
• A brief reason for the refund request

We process all refund requests within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear.
